Hey Bears Fans!
Another week has come and gone. It’s been a quiet week for the Chicago Bears with the biggest topic of the week being the Senior Bowl. But that doesn’t mean we haven’t churned out another epic week of Bears’ content.
To kick the week off, Mark Talarico compared Jordan Howard’s first two seasons with some other big-name running backs to find out just how good Howard is. DeVante Tidwell expects Ryan Pace to be fairly active in free agency and published his “wish list” of ten players he wants in Chicago.
Chris Bocker has his eyes on the upcoming draft and believes that Maryland wideout D.J. Moore (no, not that D.J. Moore ?) would be not only worthy of a second-round pick, but a great fit in Matt Nagy’s system as well.
On the podcast, we analyzed the state of the Bears’ offense sharing our biggest needs, which players should return (and be shown the door), what “surprise” cuts to look out for, how Chicago stacks up in the division, some lessons from playoff teams, and much more.
Will Ingalls took a hard look at the roster and gave a full report on the players he believes could be on the “chopping block” this offseason as the Bears aim to create more cap space. DeVante gave five reasons the Bears (and you) should be “pissed” and why it could lead to more victories soon.
And to close out the week, Steve dissected Pace’s first three drafts to gain insight into the general manager’s strategy round-by-round.
