What’s happening, Bears Fans! ?
Now that the 2017 season is officially over, I hope you are ready for the grueling offseason ahead. To keep you informed from now until the next season kicks off in September, we’ll continue to create as much Bears’ content as possible.
This week began with our first mock draft of 2018. Stephen Letizia released a full two-round NFL mock draft and gives a complete analysis of the two players he has coming to Chicago.
We also had some conflicting columns about correct expectations for the upcoming season. Mark Talarico wrote about why he is keeping his expectations in check for now as he sees 2018 as only a building year. On the other hand, DeVante Tidwell connected a few dots and explained why he believes the tides are turning for the Bears and success will come sooner than most think.
Nicholas Moreano took an in-depth look at Cameron Meredith and explains how Matt Nagy can put him in a position to excel as a focal point in the offense.
On the podcast, we had a fun time talking about Brian Urlacher being inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. We also share all the information you need to know about the three coaching hires this week and determine the Bears biggest need. Additionally, we re-graded Ryan Pace’s first draft as Bears GM.
I’m sure you have heard about the chaos surrounding Josh McDaniels’ decision to back out of the Colts job, but are you aware of how that will have a ripple effect on the league and affect multiple teams, but more specifically the Bears?
