In March 2015, Da Bears Brothers website was created and six months later the podcast followed. Over the course of three years and about 10 months, the brand has gained some new members, grown an exponential amount of supporters and, oh yeah, underwent a name change: The Chicago Audible.
Of course, the brand’s success couldn’t have happened without our amazing fans.
So, when my co-worker, who is a Packers fan, told me about the website MapHub, I decided that I could use the site’s software to create a map that shows where fans of The Chicago Audible are from.
Hey #Bears fans, we have a cool idea. We know our supporters are from around the world, so we want to create a map that reflects everyone's location. First, though, we need you to comment below the state or country and the city you live in. We can't wait to get this started! pic.twitter.com/OBZII4FJ8p

A week after we published the above graphic on our Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube channel, I compiled the 837 entries into an interactive map.
Believe me when I tell you this, Bears fans are everywhere.
- The Chicago Audible has fans in 48 of 50 states.
- The fan base is represented on five of seven continents.
- There are fans in 34 countries.
Being able to see where a small portion of our fans are from has been eye-opening. From our entire team at The Chicago Audible, we can’t thank you enough for all your support over the years.
Below is the map, which will have each individual’s name (or account name) from the social media platform that the user submitted from, plus their city and state or country if given. To find specific places on the map, open up the United States and The World taps and type your desired location in the search box. There may be multiple submissions for one area, so to find your location, use the search box. Also, states are abbreviated, and if viewing on a mobile device, do so in landscape mode.
Enjoy!
I love the work “youz guyz” do on Chicago Audible. We moved to Texas 13 years ago and your programs have been one of my main Bears connection. You would be surprised how many Bear fans are in Texas. Plus it seems the Bears always have several native Texans on the team (especially during Lovie’s tenure).
